Black Rose loose leaf tea from Sri Lanka, bursting with the aromas of the arrival of Spring. soft roses with clean, high grown Ceylon tea.

June is Rose month, but this lovely tea is perfect for sipping any time of year and has the ability to make your room burst with the aroma of a walk through your favorite rose garden. Rose tea has been popular in China for millennia and in Britain since the days of Queen Victoria.

If you are just discovering this tea then sit back, relax and treat yourself like a Royal with a Luxury, high grown black tea from the growing regions of Sri Lanka. Our tea is blended perfectly with rose petals, rosehip chips, blackberry leaves and natural flavors. (Natural flavors do nor mask the taste of the great tea and leave no residual taste on your tongue). This tea produces a very typical Sri Lanka brew with a bright copper color and fresh crisp taste. Fabulous over ice!

20 to 25 cups of tea can be made from 2 oz of loose leaf tea.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS - Steep this tea multiple times as loose leaf teas have far more flavor than traditional tea bags due to the superior quality and freshness. Tea strength is a personal decision, so please experiment to determine your preferences.

Use boiling water and allow your Black Rose Tea to steep as little as 3 minutes or as much as 6 minutes. For each of the following steeps use boiling water and double the steep time. Black Rose Tea can be steeped at least 3 times and depending on the steep times, as many as 5 times. Also, consider blending the first steep with the following steeps to balance the tea. If you do not want to drink all the tea, store in fridge for wonderful iced tea.

Store in a dry place.
