Orange Blossom Oolong Loose Leaf Tea is a full flavored, lively oolong blend with jasmine petal and orange peel.
There is something to be said for good old fashioned romance but even if you are not in the least bit romantic we are sure this tea will appeal to your affections.
Orange Blossoms have long been associated with love and marriage but alas they are much harder to come by these days (like a lot of things!) That did not deter the creation of this marriage of semi oxidized tea from Taiwan with dried orange, some natural flavor and lastly a touch of black tea from Sri Lanka.
Do not mistake this tea for floral, it is exotic and lively with full flavor and can be infused several times. Each time the infusion will produce a different taste enjoyment which you are sure to love!
20 to 25 cups of tea can be made from 2 oz of loose leaf tea.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS - Steep this tea multiple times as loose leaf teas have far more flavor than traditional tea bags due to the superior quality and freshness. Tea strength is a personal decision, so please experiment to determine your preferences.
The recommended way to best enjoy your Orange Blossom Oolong Tea is to briefly infuse with boing water for 30 seconds or a minute, then poured off. (Confession time! seems such a waste so we usually drink this infusion too. Experiment and decide for yourself.)
Use boiling water and allow your Orange Blossom Oolong Tea to steep as little as 3 minutes or as much as 6 minutes. For each of the following steeps use boiling water and double the steep time. Orange Blossom Oolong Tea can be steeped at least 3 times and depending on the steep times, as many as 8 times. Also, consider blending the first steep with the following steeps to balance the tea.
Like all Oolongs Orange Blossomm Oolong is best drunk without milk and sugar. And be sure to try this Oolong iced, as you will find it to be very refreshing and thirst quenching.
Store in a dry place.
